We have been waiting for 6 weeks and a day for my delivery, which I paid for when I ordered it. I was told it would be delivered that Friday I have called 3 times to ask where it is and when I will be getting it “on Friday” I was told On Todays call I was told my connection wasn’t the the best so if we got cut off they’d ring me back (my phone is working perfectly) but still waiting in my freezing cold house ……..What has happened to this company I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this last year or so it’s been dreadful
