Always have my hair done been attending for a year and my hairs in the best shape it’s ever been

Stayed in Fairford for my son's wedding last weekend and was fortunate to get a last minute cancellation at this lovely salon. As soon as I walked through the door I was warmly greeted by all the staff. Abbie did my hair and did an excellent job. She was so lovely - very chatty and bubbly. I just wish I lived closer to be able to use this lovely salon regularly. Highly recommend.

The fist time i had my high lights it wasn’t what i asked for,and if you missed an appointment for any reason ,they will charge you the full price of the treatment.

Recently went into Inspirations for a colour and cut. Just wanted to say what a lovely experience it was, all the staff are really nice and chatty and made me feel comfortable. The new owner is really down to earth and done exactly what I asked for. I have booked in again and looking forward to my next visit 😁

This lady was fine cutting it. But she said about shaping my hair. Wasn’t expecting it to turn into cutbangs.. didn’t ask for that. Shaping of the face. Not a full bangs. I really hope this places get taken down or replaced by a better hair salon that knows how to shape not put in bangs.

Very welcoming. The staff were extremely polite and nothing was too much to ask. I'm very happy with my hair cut its exactly what i wanted. If I could put more stars I would!!!!

I would never return to this salon. I booked in to get my roots done and a hair cut. When I arrived the hairdresser decided she didn't either have time to do my roots or didn't have the right technique. I have blonde hair so wanted by dark blonde roots doing. She recommend/ told me to have highlights instead at a much higher cost. So I had my hair cut and booked in for highlights. The hair wash and cut felt extremely rushed, any other salon asks how the water temperature is but they didn't have time for any of that. I asked for layers to be cut into my hair to give it some definition but that didn't happen. After a family member went in to have her hair coloured and had a bad experience I tried to ring up to cancel my hair highlights appointment but there was never an answer. Today I finally heard back and was informed that I would have to pay the full amount even though there was no discussion of a fee when I booked.
