Shocking service and incorrect listing. Item sold was listed as new but when arrived it was as dusty as Indiana Jones' hat. They couldn't be bothered to take pride in even dispatching item. When I opened the case it became apparent that this item wasn't new as displayed as it had already contained discharged batteries and was actually faulty!!! Called and spoke with Jacky who offered to send another out but had to return this one back first at my expense!!! Full refund requested

Ordered and Waited for product to be delivered, then I had to email them to find out where delivery was to be told that they weren’t in stock and I was getting a refund. Poor customer service

Ordered items not delivered. DHL returned parcel back to corgi direct . Eventually found parcel and despatched with DHL again using same tracking number . Still no sign and can’t track as only shows old tracking info on DHL site.

Just wanted to say I was very happy with the service I received I bought a multi meter it was a good price and only £3 for postage I ordered it on the Tuesday and it arrived in good condition on the Thursday no issues whatsoever

Really bad customer service Items ordered but not arrived Try ring customer services but impossible to speak to anyone, goes to wait your turn, no idea how long ? Wait 30 mins so give up ! Do not answer emails either ! Spend over £ 100 on items that do not arrive and no way of contacting corgi direct This is terrible service ! !

Extremely poor service. Product was ordered and damaged in transit, with no notification. We were then told the product would be sent the next day, only to later be told it is not in stock. Finally, we were refunded only for the product and not shipping (despite this being through no fault of our own). I will never place an order with this company again.
