Reviews for PBSHOP.STORE, FAIRFORD

Absolute scam - they sell books on eBay that are literally just printed out from files available on Google. I ordered a book and it was literally a printed PDF taken from Google books of about 80 pages from a 600 page book. None of the pictures were right and it had adverts for a book printing service still in the back! This company is just a scam reselling business. They take publicly available pdfs, print them and then sell them as new copies of whole books. Avoid at all costs

Never ever trust their “delivery date”. They do not have any books in stock. They are just a scam reseller.

You can't receive the whole refund when you can't receive the parcel , and they can't give you the tracking number !

At first I was skeptical about buying from here based on the bad reviews. But I decided to take the risk since the book that i was buying had the best price on their website. There was a problem with my payment, but that was solved quickly with fast responses from the team. The delivery time was very fast too, only about 2 days.

Do not do as they say. Steer clear. See name changed from paperback shop to pbshop. I only find that now, too late. Many poor reviews.

DID IT NOT SHIP THE ITEM, LIED AND SAID IT WAS SHIPPED AND I NEVER RECIEVED IT. As you can see from other reviews I was not the first to have their item not shipped. They took a while to 'ship' the item, when i got the email saying it was shipped there was no link to track it, no tracking number, and no service stated who it has been sent it (UPS, dpd, RM etc) After a couple weeks still with no communication, i asked where it was, then was told it was sent with royal mail standard due to its 'reliability'. Clearly a lie as there was no reference number whatsoever. For a book that cost over £80, to pretend to send it without paying for a service where there is at least a tracking number (eg second class signed for) is enough for me to believe there was no item sent in the first place. Had I not chased this up, this company would of kept my money and never of sent a product. they must do this sporadically rather than just cancelling and refunding an order as the reviews show how unreliable this company are, no wonder amazon are taking over.

The worst ever. Avoid if you can. They send false email information about sending the items. Definitely choose another e store! Dreadful and misleading.

I'm extremely displeased, I placed am order that was supposed to arrive yesterday and was never dispatched. I understand that these are though times, however I wrote three times and called. I am yet to receive a reply. At this point I do not even want your product but my refund.
